Refund & Return Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at purpleribbonmotorsports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
